Refund policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the made to order nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer remorse, or color preference.

We will replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect from what was ordered.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@angelicheartwellness.org and include your order number along with a clear photo of the issue.

We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and fairly.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are issued only for verified damaged or incorrect items.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement or refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Shipping fees are non refundable unless the error was caused by Angelic Heart Wellness.
